Camp is only as successful as the staff who runs it. Let's meet the executive staff for Summer Camp 2013!

Meet your Camp Director. Chickadee returns for Summer Camp 2013 as leader of the whole camp. Look for her in the arena.The most important component of this staff, Chickadee, has watched Books and Twitch run camp for the past two years and decided to step-up this year. She worked with Camp DKR for four years. She has served as White team leader and a leader in the Blue Team. However, her main strength is horses. Chickadee currently rides our premier show horse while taking Books' horses. Her favorite camp memory is when the White Team won.

Meet your assistant camp director. May-Eye has also worked with Camp DKR for four years. She is slowly learning to love "Little Red Wagon." We credit Mad-Eye with getting camp started each day and taking the greatest pictures. Camp is not possible without her. May-Eye is loyal to the Red Team, but she tries to stay impartial due to her role in the Chore Challenge. She runs Barrels. One of her favorite camp memories was seeing the campers grow as horseback riders in one week.

Books
This year's Media director. Books has worked for Camp DKR for four years and is the mastermind behind the Chore Cup. Books makes promotional videos and graphics for the blog and facebook page. She supports the Red Team in everything she does, and she helped her team emerge victorious in last summer's Summer Camp Showdown. Books is also the source of camp spirit, leading all the songs. Books enjoys roping and running poles. One of her favorite camp memories was seeing her campers successfully rope the dummy in the concluding rodeo.
